Specific interest and experience -

As a trauma-informed therapist, I am guided by the principles; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment.

families navigating ASD and ADHD diagnosis seeking ongoing support.

Supporting women's health with an approach to therapy that recognises the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Adults who have received late-in-life ADHD or ASD diagnosis. Helping to navigate a new understanding of themselves and develop coping strategies tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

Supporting parents, caregivers, and siblings of children with diagnoses to create a supportive environment for the entire family to thrive amongst challenges.

Work in school has developed my practice with a focus on supporting children to understand their challenges and strengths. Helping them to develop strategies to advocate for themselves as they grow and thrive in their uniqueness.

Personal me........

I am an art maker, I wouldn't say an artist! I like creating, whether it's a platter of food for friends, or rearranging the furniture to create a new space! I am a book lover and a neverending traveller always seeking new places to experience. If I don't have my head in a book, I am planning a new trip.

My travels have taken me to inspiring places like Morocco and Egypt, as well as many countries in Europe, Asia and Pacific islands. I have lived in the USA, London, Scotland and Laos which has offered rich experiences and great memories to draw on. I am a Mum of two boys, a wife, a sister, an Aunty and I'm told, a good friend to have around as my stories can be very entertaining.

My latest hobby is basket weaving, but so far, if you were paying me by the hour, the basket might cost thousands of dollars! Its a slow process.
